Victor started working at Fort Myer Construction in 1987. He started at the bottom as a Laborer and, through the support of his colleagues, he worked his way up to a Superintendent.

Today, he manages large teams to complete projects big and small for the people of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Fort Myer has provided a life for him that he could only dream of. He considers this company one big family and knows that he can always count on his colleages to be there for him.
