Manuel started at Fort Myer Construction as a laborer working on projects big and small. Because he showed drive and a willingness to learn on the job, he moved up the ladder. Over 40 years later, he now runs a team of 700 employees working on projects across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Manuel feels pride in helping the next generation of folks just like him learn, grow, and aspire to get ahead at Fort Myer Construction every day.​
