Adela has spent more than 30 years working at Fort Myer Construction. As a single mother, this company hasn't just been a place of work, it has been a second family to her. Working full time while raising two daughters wasn't always easy, but Fort Myer Construction gave her a career where she could excel at work and at home. Today, both of her daughters join her in working at this company. Adela hopes they can spend their careers here just as she has.
