While most of Fort Myer's projects have a definitive beginning and end, Fort Myer
has a number of ongoing maintenance contracts for a variety of utilities and departments
of transporation. Examples include: street repairs for Washington
Gas, WSSC, and WASA, lead service replacement and fire hydrant repairs for WASA,
operations and maintenance of the removable barriers on the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge, and
city-wide street light maintenance and pavement repairs for the District
of Columbia Department of Transportation.

Since its inception Fort Myer has participated either as the prime or sub-contractor in over 5000 commercial, residential, and governmental projects in the DC Metro area. Vietnam Veterans' Memorial and other landmarks
Fort Myer is honored to have participated in the construction of the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial as well as the Memorial to the Signers of the Declaration of Independence in Washington, D.C.
Fort Myer has also been privileged to work on projects at the Pentagon, Andrews Air Force Base, the U.S. Capitol, RFK Stadium, and the new Nationals Park.
